Refund Policy

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

1 - Before Order Preparation:

  • Orders can be changed or cancelled at no cost.

2 - After Order Preparation but Before Shipping:

  • Order changes are no longer possible.
  • Cancellations are allowed. In this case, we will refund 90% of the order value and issue a 10% voucher for your next purchase.

3 - After Order Has Shipped:

  • Changes or cancellations cannot be made. Standard return and exchange procedures will apply.
  • To request a cancellation, please complete the support form.

Note: If the order ships before we can recover it, the refund will be processed only after the package is returned to us.

CRYPTOCURRENCY PAYMENTS (BTC, ETH, USDT)

Orders paid with cryptocurrency cannot be cancelled or refunded directly.

For returns, requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. A voucher valued between 70% and 90% of the original product price (as listed at purchase) will be issued, depending on the item’s condition, and can be used toward a new order.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES — EUROPEAN UNION, UNITED KINGDOM, AND UNITED STATES

You have 14 days from delivery to assess your items unless otherwise specified.

We recommend inspecting products immediately to ensure they are in perfect condition and match your order.

Important: Optics that have been mounted cannot be returned. Please check carefully before mounting.

To initiate a return or exchange, complete the support form, and we will provide instructions.

Return and Exchange Conditions

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Customs duties, import taxes, or related fees for returns are not covered.
  • Returns must be sent via tracked shipping. Lost packages are the customer’s responsibility.
  • We are not liable for any issues during the return transit.
  • A return is considered complete only upon arrival at our warehouse.

After receiving your return, we will notify you by email. Within seven days, we will inspect the items and confirm if the return or exchange is approved.

Items returned without original packaging or not in perfect condition will incur a minimum 10% fee of the total order value.

EXCHANGES

If approved, a discount code equal to the returned product’s value will be issued, valid for seven business days toward a new order (shipping costs not included).

RETURNS (REFUNDS)

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within seven business days. Shipping costs, customs fees, and additional charges will be deducted.

OTHER COUNTRIES

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for orders outside the EU, UK, and USA.
