Shipping Policy

General Shipping Information

We ship to most countries worldwide, with the exception of Russia and China.

During busy periods, shipping times may be slightly longer. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1–2 business days, excluding pre-orders. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details.

Important for air rifles: To ensure quality, rifle orders are shipped within 1–5 business days, allowing our team to carefully inspect and test each product before dispatch.

Address Accuracy

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including street number and phone number. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes under any circumstances.

If a package is delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information, we cannot offer refunds or replacements.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, contact us immediately at shipping@wolfiekgroup.com. Do not reach out to the courier directly. We will handle any corrections to prevent delivery issues. While we will try our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes can be made in time.

Contacting the courier independently may cause delivery complications. If the package is lost due to uncoordinated changes, refunds or replacements cannot be provided.

Our shipping policy ensures your order is managed securely and reaches you as intended.

Special Cases by Region

Turkey

Shipping to Turkey can be complex. Customers must contact us at shipping@wolfiekgroup.com before placing an order to confirm feasibility and ensure smooth processing.

Countries with Specific Legal Requirements

Certain countries require product adjustments (e.g., airguns) to comply with local laws. Customers from the following countries must contact us before ordering:

  • Germany
  • Saudi Arabia
  • Argentina
  • Brazil
  • South Korea
  • Taiwan
  • Ukraine

Failure to consult us may result in shipping delays or customs issues.

Legal Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that your purchase and possession of our products comply with your country’s laws. Wolfiek Group is not liable for misuse or legal restrictions in your region.

Shipping to the European Union, United Kingdom, and United States

If your order is in transit for more than 60 days, you may request a refund by completing the submission form. Refunds are processed 90 days after shipment to allow time for investigation.

Shipping to Other Countries

For non-EU countries (excluding the UK and USA), responsibility transfers to the buyer once the package leaves Spain. This includes customs duties, transit issues, or delivery problems in the destination country.

Customs Duties: Buyers are responsible for any import charges.

Once dispatched from Spain, Wolfiek Group is no longer responsible for transit or customs issues. Refunds or replacement shipments cannot be issued for these cases.

Countries We Do Not Ship To

We ship worldwide except for Russia and China.
