At RTI Arms Shop, we offer only new, genuine products backed by the manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty applies when products are used under normal conditions and starts from the date on your purchase invoice. Purchasing through any Wolfiek Group store ensures you benefit from the official manufacturer’s warranty. During this period, products are protected against defects in materials or manufacturing processes.
Warranty Duration
Most new products sold across our stores include a standard 2-year warranty starting from the invoice date.
How to Claim Warranty
If you experience an issue with a Wolfiek Group product, please contact our customer service via our submission form.
Provide the following to start the warranty process:
- Your purchase invoice number
- Photos of the product (a video may be requested)
We will process your claim and keep you informed. Additional details may be requested if needed.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers defects caused by manufacturing issues, including component failures or production errors.
Resolutions may include:
- Repair
- Replacement
- Refund
When the Warranty Does Not Apply
- Incorrect disassembly or reassembly of the rifle
- Use of non-recommended lubricants
- Installation of non-original parts
- Misuse or abuse of the product
- Use inconsistent with the intended purpose or instructions
What is Excluded
The warranty does not cover:
- O-rings, bolts, seals, springs, cylinder heads
- Damage from user negligence
- Damage during shipping or transit
- Damage from improper maintenance or misuse
- Parts subject to normal wear and tear
- Damage from using the product on other objects or surfaces
- Any related additional costs
Failures from unauthorized modifications, third-party interference, or misuse are excluded. Shipping costs are also not covered.
